In our opinion, every great lower-carb & keto breakfast simply includes pancakes or waffles. That's why we tinkered for a long time to give the perfect mixture in a finished product. Super easy to make (water is enough), slightly sweetened and without coconut (because many of you don't like the taste) they are the perfect
companions if you and your loved ones want to celebrate the morning together.
With only 2g of carbohydrates per 100g , you can easily spread a delicious keto jam on it and dive into seventh keto heaven.
Sweetened with erythritol and no sugar!
Erythritol is the only one of the sugar alcohols or "polyols" that is 100% not utilized by the body. In other words, it has no calories, no usable carbohydrates and no effect on blood sugar. Officially, it has to be declared as a carbohydrate in the nutritional information, but can be subtracted entirely as the body cannot absorb it and it has 0 calorific value.
