For The Coffee Cake Layer:
6 eggs
2/3 cup almond flour
3 tbsp coconut flour
1/3 cup xylitol
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp coffee

For The Tiramisu Layer:
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
2 tbsp xylitol
1 tbsp vanilla extract
