My husband and I had a successful keto bakery in Switzerland from 2020 till 2023 called 'Lin Switzerland'. It specialised in ketogenic and gluten-free bakes and pastries. It was just about the only one of its kind in Switzerland. We closed the business when it became too much to handle and expansion was not an option.
Numerous original recipes had been created and in order to preserve these innovations, we published two books:
The original intention was to publish all the recipes (over 400) in 7 volumes. However, in the interest of making these recipes more accessible, we have decided to publish them on Medium.com .
The website lin-switzerland.com will remain available for the time being so you can refer to our past creations and access some general recipes.
Even though the bakery is no longer in existence, our creativity and passion for good nutrition have not waned. We will continue to publish our new creations here on Medium.
