Keto Bakery Lin Switzerland to Close by May 2023

Swiss online keto and low carb bakery, the only one in the country who offers artisanal fresh bakery and pâtisserie, will become a baking school.


Lin Switzerland will take the last orders on 5 May 2023 or if stocks run out, they will stop taking orders earlier.  


To continue offering the same innovative and high quality keto and low-carb bakes and pâtisserie that customers have come to know Lin Switzerland for, the bakery must change. 


Currently, chefs and founders Oliver Krstic & Charlene (Lin) Chong work round the clock to deal with the demand. Without the possibility to scale its operations, it has become humanly impossible to maintain its form today without sacrificing quality in time to come. 


This will therefore be the last season of Lin Switzerland in its form today. The bakery will begin a new chapter now. 


From June 2023, Lin Switzerland will start to offer baking classes in different locations to teach its secretly held recipes that will finally be revealed through group and private classes and a series of books. The classes will be suitable for adults, children, home bakers, professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs.


Chef and co-founder Oliver is a tireless innovator who constantly creates and adapts delicious foods to be made suitable for people on the keto and low-carb diets.


Nutrition coach and co-founder Charlene will re-focus on what brought her to start Lin Switzerland in the first place - help people find optimal health through nutrition.


Even though Lin Switzerland will be a cooking school, customers will still be able to buy from the bakery from time to time as it intends to organise culinary events and retreats. The idea is always to bring culinary pleasures and nutrition together. 


The new direction will enable Lin Switzerland to focus on new recipes, elevate the current ones and develop more ideas and products to cater not only to the keto and low carb customers, but also people with other special dietary requirements.




Group baking classes in Switzerland with Chef Oliver are scheduled from 17 June 2023 till 25 June 2023.  Private classes are available upon request. Registrations will open end April 2023.


Group baking classes in Dubai and Abu Dhabi (UAE) with Chef Oliver at are scheduled to start from mid-October. Private classes are available upon request. Registrations will open in June 2023.
